Our standard delivery is free to all UK mainland, Northern Ireland and EU addresses. Orders will normally be processed and despatched within 24 hours. Please allow seven working days for delivery, or 14 if buying from the EU.

Placing an order
We accept payments by cheque or paypal. If paying by cheque, we will only despatch the order once the cheque has cleared, so please allow more time before delivery.
Out of stock items
If your order contains out of stock items, we will contact you immediately. We will despatch the goods to you as soon as they are in or offer you a refund or an alternative product.
Post and packing
Post and packing is free on all orders over £10.00. Orders below £10.00 will be charged at £1.50 to cover postage costs.
We hope that you will be delighted with your goods. If, for some reason, you are not, you are welcome to return your order in a sealed, new condition for exchange or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
You have the statutory right to cancel orders at any time within seven working days after the day the items were received. This applies to all our products, except DVDs where the sealed wrapping has been opened.
To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, you must inform us of your decision in writing – by letter or email. We will refund you the full purchase price, less postage and packing charges, as soon as possible – within a maximum of 30 days. This is conditional on the goods being returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of cancellation.
Please note you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered them to you in error or the items were damaged or defective.
We do not accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit to us.
If a product arrives damaged, or is defective, please notify us within seven working days and we will replace it.
